How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express options are available at checkout.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy, simply return it in its original condition for a full refund.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all our letterboxes come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Can I add a house number or name?

Yes. Personalisation options are available during checkout. You can add your house number, name, or both in a choice of finishes.

Does it need any maintenance?

Very little. Just wipe it down occasionally with a damp cloth to keep it looking fresh. The powder coating protects against rust and fading.

British made and beautiful cast, heavy duty front access letterbox with ornate detailing. Customisable options are available for mounting on walls or gates and fences. Please see our rear access products if require a letterbox to fix through railings or gates with access to your mail from the rear.

This wall mounted front access post box is a beautiful new addition to our range, with front and back facing plates is cast right here in British foundries using solid, high grade aluminium. The inner sleeve is made from sturdy, electro coated steel and all metal components are then powder coated to ensure a long lasting and waterproof finish. The addition of rubber seals ensure your mail is protected from the great British weather. Your front lockable door is supplied with two keys.

Ideal for mounting directly onto your wall or fence, different fixings are available for both metal and wooden gates or fences so fitting your letterbox is simple, making this a great choice for an external post box. We realise that every customer's circumstances are different, so we have tried to make sure that there is an option that works for you. An anti-theft restrictor plate is available as an optional extra to provide additional protection against mail theft. (Please note that installation of the optional anti-theft restrictor plate will considerably narrow the available mailing space. Please see drawing for guidance)

The insert on the front access casing can also be personalised with a house number, making this a truly special item. Please state house number required in comments box on checkout and type carefully when adding house number details as this is what will appear on your finished letterbox.
