When I decided to start Letterbox4you in 2012, I made two important decisions that continue to guide the business today.
The first was that we would focus on high-quality products manufactured in Europe. I wanted to offer products that were built to last and made to high standards, rather than competing solely on price. For that reason, Letterbox4you has never sold products imported from China and instead works with carefully selected European manufacturers who share our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
The second was that customer service would always be at the heart of what we do. That’s why we have chosen not to sell through Amazon. We value the direct relationship we have with our customers and believe that being available to offer advice, answer questions and provide support is an important part of what makes our business different.
Since 2012, we have successfully supplied more than 100,000 letterboxes, parcel boxes and communal mailboxes to customers across the UK and Ireland. In return, our customers have rewarded us with an average rating of 4.8 stars and Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service Award for seven consecutive years, based on independent customer reviews.
