Since 2012, Letterbox4you has supplied more than 100,000 letterboxes and parcel boxes to homeowners, businesses, developers and property managers across the UK. From the beginning, we have focused on working with trusted European manufacturers and building a company centred around quality products and genuine customer service.
We are a practical, down-to-earth team based in Buckinghamshire, helping customers choose the right products with honest advice and support before and after every order.

When Letterbox4you started in 2012, the goal was simple: find and supply the highest-quality letterboxes and parcel boxes we could, rather than compete by offering the cheapest products available. We believed customers would value quality, reliability and honest advice, and more than a decade later those same principles still guide the business every day.
Two dogs that have become part of the Letterbox4you story.
Amber has been part of Letterbox4you since the very beginning and has seen the company grow from its earliest days. Enzo joined the team much later, but both have become familiar faces around the office, warehouse and customer service team, bringing plenty of personality to everyday life at Letterbox4you.

The newer recruit. Enzo is normally the first to greet visitors, suppliers and delivery drivers, and is always ready for a walk, a snack or a bit of attention from the team.

The idea was simple: quality first.
DominicWhen I started Letterbox4you in 2012, I wasn't trying to build the biggest letterbox company in the UK. I simply wanted to build a business that offered high-quality products, honest advice and customer service that people could rely on.
From the beginning, we chose to work with specialist European manufacturers and focus on quality rather than competing on price. More than a decade later, those same principles still guide every decision we make.
The business has grown considerably since then, but the goal remains exactly the same: help customers find the right solution and make the whole process as straightforward as possible.

From a kitchen table to working with some of the UK's largest construction companies
When Letterbox4you started in 2012, there was no warehouse, no large team and no sophisticated logistics operation. Some of the first communal letterboxes were packed and shipped in recycled banana boxes because they happened to be the perfect size.
Orders were processed from a kitchen table in Buckinghamshire, with every enquiry, quotation and shipment handled personally.
Today, more than 100,000 products later, Letterbox4you supplies homeowners, developers, housing associations and some of the UK's largest construction companies across the country.
