Is it weatherproof?

Yes, completely. It's built from powder-coated steel with sealed edges to keep your post dry in all weather conditions. Tested to withstand heavy rain and coastal environments.

Does it come with a lock?

Yes. Each letterbox includes a secure cam lock with two keys. It's designed to protect your mail and parcels from theft.

Will A4 mail fit inside?

Absolutely. The internal dimensions are designed to hold A4 envelopes flat, along with small parcels and magazines.

What is it made from?

It's made from galvanised steel with a durable powder-coated finish. Built to last for years, even in harsh UK weather.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express options are available at checkout.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Can I add a house number or name?

Yes. Personalisation options are available during checkout. You can add your house number, name, or both in a choice of finishes.

Does it need any maintenance?

Very little. Just wipe it down occasionally with a damp cloth to keep it looking fresh. The powder coating protects against rust and fading.

The Bloomsbury is British made and beautiful cast, heavy duty letterbox with classic detailing. Customisable options are available for mounting through walls and brick piers. If your wall depth is not listed please contact us as a bespoke casing can be made to suit up to 885mm deep.

Front and back facing plates cast right here in British foundries using solid, high grade aluminium. The inner sleeve is made from sturdy electro coated steel and these components are then coated with low bake enamel to ensure a long lasting and waterproof finish. Rubber seals ensure your mail is protected from the great British weather. Your rear lockable door is supplied with two keys.

An anti-theft restrictor plate is available as an optional extra to provide additional protection against mail theft. (Please note that installation of the optional anti-theft restrictor plate will considerably narrow the available mailing space. Please see drawing for guidance)

The insert on the front casing can also be personalised with a house number, making this a truly special item. Please state house number required in the comments box on checkout. Bespoke items which include house numbers, special size cases or any other bespoke made components may be charged for if returned.
