Epsilon-Pillar – Through Pillar Parcel Delivery System With Letterbox
The Epsilon-Pillar is a premium through pillar parcel delivery system engineered specifically for substantial brick pillars, stone entrance columns and masonry gate structures.
Designed in the UK and manufactured in Europe by one of our trusted specialist partners, Epsilon-Pillar transforms unused internal pillar space into a concealed parcel storage chamber while maintaining a clean and discreet architectural appearance externally.
Unlike conventional parcel boxes, the majority of the system remains hidden within the pillar structure itself, helping preserve the visual integrity of entrance gates, walls and architectural columns.
Combining a secure parcel chute system with an integrated letterbox, Epsilon-Pillar provides a practical and elegant alternative to freestanding parcel boxes and traditional through-wall systems.
Concealed Parcel Chute System
At the centre of the system is an engineered gravity-fed parcel chute mechanism which allows deliveries to be deposited securely into the concealed lower chamber within the pillar itself.
The enlarged front mechanism allows substantially larger deliveries to be inserted compared with many conventional through pillar parcel boxes currently available on the UK market.
The integrated anti-theft internal mechanism helps prevent direct access to stored parcels from the delivery side.
Secure Rear Retrieval Door
Parcels are retrieved through the flush rear access door positioned on the internal side of the pillar.
To complement the premium engineering of the system, the rear retrieval door is secured using a robust three-point locking system.
Compared with standard single-point locking systems commonly used on many parcel boxes, the three-point mechanism helps provide:
- Improved rigidity
- Enhanced resistance against forced opening
- More even locking pressure
- A more secure and solid closing feel
Designed for Deep Masonry Pillars
Epsilon-Pillar has been engineered as a parcel delivery solution for deep masonry pillars and architectural entrance structures.
Typical applications include:
- Brick entrance pillars
- Stone gate columns
- Rendered masonry pillars
- Architectural boundary entrances
- Premium gated residential properties
Required Structural Openings

Rear Retrieval Door Opening
Approximate required opening:
These dimensions relate to the structural openings required within the masonry pillar or architectural entrance column.
For guidance only, standard UK bricks are typically:
- 215mm × 102.5mm × 65mm
- Based on 10mm mortar joints
We always recommend confirming dimensions with your installer, builder or architect prior to construction or installation.
Installation & Weather Protection
The front chute assembly and rear retrieval door have both been engineered with integrated weather protection features to help minimise water ingress during normal use.
As with any built-in architectural product installed within masonry structures, correct perimeter sealing during installation is essential.
Particular attention should be given to sealing:
- The junction between the front chute collar and the wall surface
- The junction between the rear access frame and the masonry opening
Correct sealing of these areas helps ensure long-term weather protection and installation performance.
